Returns & Refunds

Return requests must normally be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Products should remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. After inspection and approval by MiniDiva, refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
